Mild spring, regular rain, hot summer but not so dry. Continuous rain from August to September. Fresh climate which gave a good work in the end. Graves perfectly ripe, whole and healthy.

In steel with a brief pre-fermentative maceration and then fermented at 26°C for 15 days.

In French oak barrels (225 liters) for 30 months on the fine lees, 2 months in steel and 8 months in bottles.

Organoleptic characteristics
The aesthetics of the wine is lively with a deep and reflective ruby ​​color. Intense nose, rich and well articulated with aromas of cherry in spirit and yellow peach. Aromatic notes of mint and thyme. Spicy pepper and cinnamon, hints of damp lava stone and musk, alchermes, chestnut wood. On the fine palate with a good progression, supported by a good evolving tannins. It shows quality and gustatory pleasantness with concrete perspectives of further positive evolution.
